The 2009 MTV Video Music Awards will happen in Radio City Music Hall in New York City, USA on September c3, 2009. This event will be hosted again by comedian Russell Brand. Special appearance by Janet Jackson is expected to pay tribute to her late brother, The King of Pop Michael Jackson.
